Hi all,
I am looking at getting a Siemens server with a Mylex AcceleRAID 150
controller.
According to the glossy spec sheet it is supported under Linux 2.2
kernels.
Does anyone know is it fully supported - will it do all the cool RAID
stuff like online rebuilding, or just the basic stuff and force you to
rebuild offline ?
What about Mylex in general ? I know a few machines which have Mylex
controllers and from playing around with the BIOS/utilities they look to
be a bit bare bones.
