Don't you just hate net snobs!

I have used VNC at home quite a lot (5 machines - 1 desk you do the maths)
and it is really cool - however I get problems with screen re-drawing quite
a lot.  If say I am on a Linux box with a vnc session into a windows box
and open a new dialog - i find that the dialog does not appear unless I run
the mouse over it's entire surface and paint it on.
