Has anyone on the list registered the group with Suse UK?
I have been talking to them about becoming a limited reseller, and they
said that they give a free copy to any user group with more than 20
members. I think ILUG might just beat that number :-).
I am looking at distributing Linux, mainly around Dublin, since Linux
Solutions has gone :-( and I hate waiting for delivery from Germany myself.
The idea would be to get the stuff from the various companies, and pass it
on for just about cost.
Unfortunately Redhat's certification program means that there's no way
they'll be included.
Would there be enough interest for me to approach a few of the
distributors?
Thanks,
David.
PS Please reply direct so as not to clutter the list too much.
