Times there was an ad for Windoze 2K carrying an endorsement from one Niall
Barry, described as "IS & IT Architect, Department of Social, Community and
Family Affairs". Are there not regulations about public servants like Mr
Barry engaging in outside commercial activities? More to the point, why
should the taxpayers' money be spent on running beta tests for Micro$oft?
