Hi all,
I've resolved all the problems I was having with procmail.
Basically the solution was pretty simple in the end..everything was
working, but for whatever reason (maybe sendmail-s not run as root, but as
a dedicated user?), my .procmailrc wasn't read. Making ~ world executable,
and .procmailrc world readable, solved the problem.
Thanks for all the help. By the way, I eventually got it sorted by sending
a mail to mail-server at rtfm.mit.edu with the line in the body "send
usenet/news.answers/mail/filtering-faq", or something like that. Can't
remember where I found teh address, but 'twas brilliant, so it was.
Anyway, thanks again for all the help,
Dave Neary.
