I'm sorry, but that's just not going to happen. 1Mbit ADSL in the States
costs twice that if you're lucky. Cablelink _may_ be able to offer
shared 40Mbit/sec per segment (at most 10Mbit per user, much less
upstream) but I'm fairly their high-speed internet service will be
around the 40-50 a month ballpark. The usual dollar-per-pound exchange
rate compared to the same service in the US.
