[ILUG] [OT] Netscrape Javascript not Y2k compatible

Miles kcolfer at iol.ie
Sat Jan 1 17:24:40 GMT 2000

I was just messing around a bit with some javascript here, and noticed
that if you do something like the following:

now = new Date();
var CurYear = now.getYear();
document.write(CurYear);

It will report the current year as 2000 in IExplode, but as 100 in
Netscrape 4.5. Strange, huh?

	Ciao,
		Miles
