I am using RedHat Linux 6.0. I have a number of web-pages on the Internet
which contain Java applets. When I try to download the pages using Netscape
for Linux, the browser crashes every time that it comes to the Java Applet.
I recently installed StarOffice 5.1 and during the installation I was asked
if I wanted to carry on with the installation as the programme had failed to
find a Java environment. I carried on with the installation and the
programme works fine for most things but will not download Java applets. Any
ideas on how I can install or enable a Java environment?
