Get a multimeter and buzz out a standard cable. Then order two
high-density 15-way D types and 40ft of high quality N-core shielded
cable. The lower the inter-conductor capacitance, the better.
Don't forget shells for the connectors. You'll need
good quality metallised plastic or diecast metal shells. Attack
with soldering iron.
Personally, I'd buy a cable instead. Blackbox (01 662 2466) will
have it. Farnell or Radionics might have one.
