Regarding the lag in ILUG mails - it's a list with over 500 members.
Sendmail is *fairly* sensible about queue maintenance, and doesn't try
to send to all 500 at once. So a bit of lag is to be expected. In
addition, there is a fairly high proportion of dodgy hosts in the
various MX lists, which leads to delays as sendmail has to try the
fallback hosts.
I've enabled hoststat on lugh, to see if it helps with prioroty
adjustments.
