Sure! -- use slocal. .forward has:

  "| /usr/lib/nmh/slocal -user jm || exit 75"

.maildelivery has:

  # .maildelivery file for <jm at netnoteinc.com>
  #
  X-beenthere     ilug            + ? Linux
  Subject         p4		  + ? Lists
  Subject         Pilot-Unix      + ? Lists
  To              e-develop       + ? Lists
  Cc              e-develop       + ? Lists
  To              plucker-dev     + ? Lists
  Cc              plucker-dev     + ? Lists
  default		-	  + ? inbox

Much easier to read than procmail at any rate, although not as flexible
I'm sure. I've simplified my setup a little but that's pretty much it.
