[ILUG] Binary files

[ILUG] Binary files

Michael Turley samplecode at yahoo.com
Thu Jan 6 17:10:42 GMT 2000

I changed a sizeof(int) to sizeof(short) in
fread(&offset, sizeof(int),1,fp); and that did the
trick.

Now I've got the program working on Linux but I still
can't get it working on AIX. Anyone know anything
about type bytesizes on AIX?. Maybe someone knows a
short program to show the size in bytes of a variable
type (I would like to compare shorts, ints and longs
on Linux and AIX)?
