I used to work extensively with Meridians in previous employers and there is
nothing intuitive about them!!! ;-)

However, I found a very simple solution in a product called Phonemaster from a
company called Phoneware here in Dublin....

It's a windows based gui that allows you to drag and drop extensions on TN's
etc..

It takes all the hassle out of it, however the only drawback is it doesn't
handle the voicemail system... or at least it didn't when I was using it, newer
versions may....
