you need to patch incrementaly...if you want to go from 2.2.12 to 2.2.14
using patches, you first of all need to apply the 2.2.13 patch. Anyways,
I'm not sure about patching RH's kernel...AFAIK it's been tweaked a bit...
It might be best to grab a complete source tree from a kernel.org mirror.
