Just started reading this but the broken English gave me a headache.
Still, it shows what may happen here if some business man tried to
trademark the Linux name.
AFAIR it's happened in the USA, Germany, India, and now Uruguay.
BTW - talking off the top of my head here, I have no idea about
copyright or trademark law beyond the obvious and well known..
