Suggestion : arrange to borrow the 4-foot high stand mounting that
security have (or else tape one to the railing at the bottom of the
Hamilton steps) with a big laserprinted sign on it saying :
ILUG Meeting, 13:45
(If late, ring 08n nnn nnnn)
And have a nominated person inside who volunteers to get bothered
occasionally by late people ringing their phone.
