As far as I can see from the nokia website, it's the DLR-3
 cable. THe full list of accessories though is on the datasuite CD that
came with the 7110, if anyone has it they can take a look. 

Which person-2-person did you see that cable in anyway? I was looking
around for one the other week and didn't see it anywhere.
