I wouldn't have asked if I didn't think there were people who'd be able
and willing to help - and I did put [OT] in the subject line - but you
have a fair point, and perhaps I was a bit lively with respect to writing
to the list regarding this problem.
Anyway, I had already come across the web page you pointed me to, but its
help proved unhelpful for me. I'll try the helpline, but to be honest I've
never had to resort to using one before...
