[ILUG] Apache+php+mysql

I should have explained a bit more.
MySQL was installed via RPM, so it went into /usr/ instead of
/usr/local/
and for those who don't know what either of us are talking about, I'm
refering to the params to the ./configure script for PHP.
PHP 3.0.12 and MySQL 3.23.8Alpha for the record.
