[ILUG] [ot] RGB/VGA monitor connectors (slight Linux related :-)

[ILUG] [ot] RGB/VGA monitor connectors (slight Linux related :-)

Just to say this is for the Decstation port of Linux :-)

I've got a decstation which has a 3-coax output with Sync on Green, that
drives the heaviest monitor I've ever seen, now I wanted to get something
a bit more let us say small, (my room is not that big), so I said ah PC
monitor, so does anyone know if it is possible to convert a VGA input on a
monitor to RSoGB coax system? and cheaply possibly DIY, I think Blackbox
had something that looked right but was 300 quids :-)

Failing that, what about somewhere to get a 15-17" light monitor which
accept RGB inputs and works Sync On Green in Ireland cheap,

Dave.
