speaking of which i/we need developers and admins.  i'm waiting for full
blown job descriptions but we're kind of busy so this might be it.

security-conscious
network planning
team player (this is not buzzwordy, this means you've got to be
    aware of your fellow humans and help/accept help)

your workstation will be a linux box, your target is linux, and you are
allowed to beat people who email word documents.
