Is there any companies ready and willing to install slack 7 on this machine?
I will drop the box around. My problem lies with a pnp internal com3 modem
which I have tried and failed to resolve. I have tried:

1. Setting Up Bios - Seems Perfect
2. Relying on rc.serial - No good
3. Disabling rc.serial and using isapnp.conf - Still get i/o conflict errors
on 3e8
4. wvdial - no use for com3 modems

My modem is not a winmodem, i have got it working under minicom in rh6.

All suggestions/offers very welcome
