[ILUG] Kernel probs

[ILUG] Kernel probs

Should this driver allow the use of Nokia 61xx mobiles?

I was under the impression that they contained winmodems.

Thanks,
	David

Subject: FW: [ILUG] Kernel probs

I downloaded the kernel source for 2.2.12-20 so I can use the new Lucent
driver for winmodems, allowing with the headers for same kernel.
After compiling, installing etc., did a reboot, and tried to install the
driver, but it still complains of needing kernel 2.2.12-2. Is there some
thing I should be setting in the kernel configuration before compile, or
do I need some other parts of the kernel related files ?

All help received with thanks !!!!

	Eamonn
