Yeah, I can confirm that, at least with respect to the so called "surf no limits"
option. It's been fine up to recently, but of late I've started getting engaged
tones a fair few times. On the other hand, when I do get on, the download speeds are
quite respectable.
As an aside, I'm just wondering if there are any clauses in the contract that one
enters into with an ISP when subscribing that let them off the hook (argh! no pun
intended) when they are engaged, and hence aren't providing the service that they
are being paid to provide. I imagine that in other lines of business, this kind of
haphazard service is not accepted.
