I've used Oceanfree and Indigo Gofree - Indigo has been faster for me.
Oceanfree seems to go to sleep for a few seconds every few seconds - looking
at the download rate, it is high for a while (20-30s), then drops to zero
for a while, then back up. Plus, Indigo has newsfeed and webspace. I've
signed up for Eircom but have yet to try it.
