 Yes! Linux comes with a Netware-emulating server called "Mars NWE". It
should be installed by default. It also comes with Samba, the Windows
NT-emulating server, so you can keep Windows 95 on the clients, and choose
to authenticate and fileserve using either NT or Novell protocols!

information on replacing a Novell server with a Linux box.
