[ILUG] Cases & Power Supplies

Could anyone direct as to where I might get an ATX case
with these specs:

        o  9.5" wide (or greater)
        o  250W Power Supply (or greater)
        o  Low noise power supply (EMI filters/Thermal Controlled fans/etc.)

Apart from Dell/Gateway cases every other case/power supply I've come across
are noisy as hell and of course they don't sell their cases (anybody know
someone on the inside ;) ) Also it seems the extra case width is hard to get
as well....I have a dual Supermicro DGE board so I have no choice about the
extra inches...if anyone can help please email me
