It is an Apache/PHP/MySQL solution. If you are talking about serious
data and manipulation, you would have to go for a more robust database
such as Interbase or Oracle.

That is an NT solution using Frontpage as far as I remember.
Basically the idea of using Word to publish directly to the web or a
database backed website is not a good one. Too many things to go wrong.
