Maplin have a few different ones, ranging from IR£30 to IR£2,800... I
use a nice cheap one (Maplin code CU67X) which tests both cable type and
cable function, and works happily. Strictly speaking, these don't test
the full whack of the Cat5 spec, just whether the appropriate pins are
connected, but it's fine for my requirements.
