[ILUG] USER_RELAY and sendmail... a question

i want to forward all mail to unknown users to me, and i read the
sendmail book, and found the define('LUSER_RELAY'...) switch for
sendmail.cf

now the question is, since sendmail is regenerated every time i run
linuxconf or mailconf, how/where do i put define(...) so it survives the
regeneration of sendmail.cf

or do i have to remember to put it in every time i change something...
