Hi,
I am rlogging into various HPUX and Solaris boxes from my linux
box, and I am having a problem with the "@" key.
It seems that when I press the "@" key it is translated into something
like newline, and the shell interprets this as ignore anything else on
the command line i.e. when I type "echo @"
it looks like :
$ echo @
with the cursor at the begining of the next line. When I press return
I get a new prompt and the previous command line is completely ignored.
But when I enter the "\" character before the "@" it seems to work
as expected i.e.
$echo \@
@
$
Anybody got any hints ?
