The problem seems to have been that our MX secondary, in the HEAnet, was
holding mails for a long time before forwarding them to lugh - the
delayed mails date from the time when indigo's power went out and lugh
was unavailable, as far as I can tell. I don't know why the HEAnet
machine delayed so long before forwarding them.
In any case, I've added another MX secondary (which I control) to
hopefully prevent this problem.
