[ILUG] ipsec

[ILUG] ipsec

I certainly know it is not included in Slackware 7. I don't know about
RedHat, and I *think* it is included in SuSE. However, you can implement it
fairly easy with FreeS/WAN (www.freeswan.org), which is OpenSource. It
implements IPSec and an IKE key management daemon. Hope this is useful.
Regards,

Ricardo

hey guys,
Can anyone tell me if ipsec ( security system in IPV6 ) is
incorporated in Redhat 6.2 or indeed any other current linux
distribution, because its not in the most recent version of solaris and
i need it for a protocol I'm using.

cheers,
ross.
