I'm morally obliged to mention postfix, the 'other' modern mail system
- main selling point is it's less different to admin from sendmail
than qmail, and Wietse Venema is easier to deal with than D. J.
Bernstein. Qmail, having been released first, got adopted by places
screaming for release from sendmail first, so postfix has a lower
profile as a result. It is used for all the freebsd mailing lists,
which is good enough for me 8)
