Why has nobody mentioned exim? It's faster than sendmail, and a lot
easier to configure than just about everything else. It's also
*amazingly* well-documented, which is a huge plus when you're deep in
the guts of an MTA trying to get it to do something odd.
Lugh's currently running sendmail, but you betcha I'll be switching it
to exim when I get the chance; it's like stepping into the light from a
murky jungle.
