That depends where you're going from and to.   It also depends on what you 
want for that.

Esat often won't touch lines under 2MB unless they are already present in 
the building.   Eircom will, but normally charge a larger rental.

It might well work out cheaper to get the leased line from the Telco into 
another ISPs Network, and pay the ISP for the transit charge, rather than 
simply buying the lot from the Telco.   YMMV, and of course it depends 
where the other ISP actually is (it won't work from Blackrock to Cork, but 
could, purely hypothetically, lead to significant savings if you were 
saying going from Blackrock to Barrow St).

I should add that no two cases are the same - when I've been getting quotes 
for our leased line customers, we have to confirm the Telco charge before 
quoting to the customer.
