cdrdao read-cd --device 0,0,0 --datafile IMAGEFILE TOCFILE
cdrdao write --device 0,0,0 TOCFILE
IMAGEFILE defaults to data.bin, which gets sort of unwieldy if you want
to put more than one image in a directory. TOCFILE is the file you
specify to contain the cueing info for said image file.
