Hi,
I have an xterm script something similar to that below, and would love to
send it a few more commands ...
# more PROD.sh
#!/bin/sh
xterm -title "Production" -bg Black -fg Orange -e /bin/rlogin prodserver1 -l
produser &
Now what I'd like to do, is to save having to type the next few commands,
generally
# source $PRODENV_1
# cd $BINDIR
which sets up *one* of the environments this user uses/controls and goes to
the bin dir ...
Is there any way to pipe those commands to the above xterm and still retain
the shell when it's completed ...
(adding to the .login / .bashrc et al aren't options, nor is adding another
user !)
Suggestions / Flames etc ...
