This, IMHO is needed. It's not another one of these "let's split the ILUG"
cases. Web development is a pretty big thing and I can only see it
increasing. It really needs its own home on the net. Lord knows I'd be
annoyed if someone started posting IIS/ASP questions to the ILUG.
the question now is, should it be on linux.ie or adam's server. I'd tend
to pick adam's seeing as it'd probably not be feasible to restrict
discussion to Linux
anyway, consider my vote for the new list.
 not that I wouldn't thwack them and tell them to use Apache/PHP/*nix
 we're having enough trouble on this list ;)
