We could do a lot worse than to base the webdev list on "A list apart",
Zeldman's baby. It seems to have a good mix of posts on all sorts of
topics, with no real bias on platform, coding language, blahdiblahdiblah.
As the list itself says.. ">From pixels to prose, coding to content."
As for the splitting of the list into three seperate lists, wouldn't that be
a bit like splitting ilug at linux.ie into seperate lists consisting of :
1. Newbie Questions
2. Software recommendations
3. Slashdot news stories we've all seen already.
It's the mix (and people's reactions to them) that makes it interesting.
