[ILUG] web development list on linux.ie

A new mailing list for those of us interested in web development has
been set up. As the title of the list suggests, quite a broad range of
topics can be discussed on the list and the only thing stopping
something coming up is lack of interest.
That said, it's likely that mails to this list will have a strong
Unix/Linux influence.
