Groan..........
The "split/rename/re-order/reinvent/add new" [the] list tread is back ....

Maybe we should have a list for anyone wanting to do stuff in the <HEAD>
</HEAD> tags and another for <BODY> </BODY> tags. 
I think we could probably group all the <Hn> </Hn> tags. 

There should probably be a new list for <FONT>/<TABLE>/<Ul> .... tags -
cause - you know - they can be tricky.
