Yup, I can oblige. Here's a bunch of bonnies off three different servers
with 1100's & MegaRAIDs. Each box was fully up at the time. Have included 
details of the drives in each case and the relevant chunk from dmesg.

Mylex controllers are Dual channel eXtremeRAID 1100's with 64MB RAM and
a StrongARM 233 MHz. MegaRAIDs are also dual with 32MB and an i960 (25
