Actually, I believe from stand.org.uk that the best way to do this is:
- One person sends a letter to the minister, including specific
recommendations on how to proceed/not to proceed
- Lots of people individually send a postcard saying "I agree with
Mr. McNamara's commuinication of the 19th"
