Hi,
I am back looking at the translation of Word documents on Linux.
I had a look at he convertor suggested and it worked to a certain
extent, I am also now looking at the various word-processing
packages.
I have just installed StarOffice 5.2 (96MB download) and I can
see some improvements from 5.1, but still not good enough.
Has anybody tried WordPerfect Office 2000 for Linux, and have any
comments about well/badly it imports Word 95/97 files? Also
is anyone in town selling this off the shelves?
Regards,
Mark
