ah, but just check http://suberic.net/~kevin/ilug.clue.html before
browsing the list on the web.  the filter script that generates that
page also strips those posts from my mail and could be adapted
to forward to another mailing list that would only show good
posts.  that list would be an announce only style list
with the reply set to ilug at linux.ie.  i currently weed out
messages with the words b**cher, sm*king, ur*nating and n*w list.

anyway if someone knows how to set up an announce only list and they
like my criteria, drop me a line and i'll fix the script to
forward to there.
