Is this gateway, perchance? They mean an Adaptec 21960N Ultra-160 SCSI
card, which is apparently supported. I expect to be taking delivery of
a gateway equipped with same soon, so I'll be able to confirm then.
The machine I currently have arrived from Gateway with an ATi Rage 128
OEM card, which XFree86 3.3.X turned up its nose at - I don't know the
situation with XFree86 4.X, but the Rage 128 support in 3.3.X didn't
extend to the particular variant GW2K ship. The NVidia TNT2 OEM card
they ship works excellently with XFree86 4.X, so if you can swing it,
I'd get one of those instead.
