 amavis is a script that is called by the MTA, decomposes MIME and non-MIME
 email messages as far as possible, unpacks archives etc., and runs commercial
 (there are no others AFAIK) virus scanners over the parts. If ok, the original
 message is fed back into the mail system for further delivery.
