 Indeed. I'd to babysit an APACS box in Dell while I was there. When the
phone line goes up & down like the proverbial, it's not funny. And the
fact that they had one line, and a transaction seemed to take 20-40
seconds a go, it could really start queuing when sales got in loads of
orders...
