[ILUG] Tex/SGML

 I'd started learning some TeX stuff last year, and have forgotten a lot
of it (esp. simple things like turning a TeX file into a postscript one ;)

 Is it worth my while learning SGML, as it seems to have better support
for things like "turn into HTML/PDF/text" etc. Also, can you turn tex
files into SGML mechanically ?
